Step through the double doors into a lofty, sunlit room that feels like a mix of Film Noir, Belle Étage, and Art Deco. For a moment you might forget that you are still in Frankfurt – but you wouldn’t want to, because here awaits an exceptionally fine breakfast, laid out on our generous and inviting buffet. Everything your heart desires, your appetite craves, and your eyes delight in – freshly prepared, regional, organic, and arranged with genuine love.
*Our breakfast hours are from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM*
First things first: you’ll check in at our reception, where a real person greets you 24/7. We don’t believe in impersonal, fully automated check-ins. Our staff is here to welcome you, handle your arrival and departure, and even late at night the night porter will gladly open the door. At Hotel Nizza we consider every little issue solvable. Around reception you’ll find our bar, often with an art exhibition on the walls, and several antique sofas and armchairs inviting you to sit back and relax.
Forgot your sunglasses? Luckily, an exclusive guest from Berlin resides in our lobby: Lunettes. In their display cabinet you’ll find beautiful vintage sunglasses from Berlin – stylish, unique, and available for purchase right at reception. A true lifesaver in case of emergency.
If HOTEL NIZZA were a queen, she would wear our rooftop terrace proudly as her crown. High above the city’s rooftops, this green oasis offers majestic views of the skyline of a vibrant metropolis. Below: the bustle of the streets; above: wide open skies, lush greenery, and peaceful tranquillity. We recommend a good book with coffee or tea in the afternoon – and later, perhaps a drink in the company of chirping birds while you watch the sun go down.
Where else could you find something like this? At HOTEL NIZZA and for good reason. Of course, we want our guests to feel comfortable, but we also wanted to create a true retreat. A room designed above all for one thing: reading. No fake books just to fill the shelves, no oversized coffee table tomes serving only as decoration. Instead, we offer real books – often already read by us, and in the best cases written and signed by our literary guests, left behind for the enjoyment of our community.
You’ll find our bar just behind reception. High ceilings, dark wood, and red leather benches transport our guests back to the Roaring Twenties. The menu has been adapted to modern tastes – Absinthe has given way to Anisette – but the spirit remains. Our bar is stocked with a distinguished selection of drinks of the highest quality, served neat, mixed, with or without alcohol. It’s the perfect place to sit at the bar or sink into a velvet armchair, gaze through the glass ceiling at the sky, chat about the day, and welcome the evening with a perfectly poured Gin and Tonic.
We warmly recommend our patio whenever the weather is kind or you simply crave fresh air. Just walk past the bar and open the door – you’ll step into a lush open-air courtyard. Greenery fills every corner, climbs every wall, and covers every little spot, sometimes bursting with colorful blossoms depending on the season. Take your drink from the bar, settle at one of our bistro tables, and enjoy the feeling of having stepped out of time for a moment. And that’s no problem at all – where there is no time, there is no stress.
Lively, colorful, and right at the heart of it all.
Just around the corner you’ll find Frankfurt’s main railway station (Hauptbahnhof), the Schauspiel Frankfurt theatre, and the opera house. A short stroll takes you downtown and to the picturesque banks of the river Main with its many museums. Even the trade fair grounds (Messe Frankfurt) are only a 15-minute walk away.
The Bahnhofsviertel offers culinary delights for every taste – from international cuisine to local specialties. Right in the middle of the city you can discover a wide variety of cafés, hip bars, and traditional Frankfurt taverns.
Nor is there anyone who loves, seeks or desires pain in itself just because it is pain, unless there are fortuitous circumstances in which toil and pain can give him great pleasure.
The room offers enough space for a family stay including WiFi, TV. Make yourself comfortable in a quiet atmosphere…
